FACE IT, DON'T FAKE IT
a project on gender violence
Our aim in this campaign is to open the “blinded eyes” in our society that may see evidence or signs that could show that somebody is enduring gender violence. Our target, therefore, is everybody around and involved in gender violence and those who may detect it but are not likely to report it.
We have chosen this slogan so as to refer to the whole aim of the campaign. As we’ve previously told, we want to focus on the fact that many people detect sometimes patterns of behavior that could eventually become –or may already be- gender violence. Yet, the likelihood to report it is dramatically low. So, we thought that this alliteration could show what we’ve been working on.
OUR CAMPAIGN

Despite our main focus being related to the low amount of times violence has been reported to the authorities, we would also want to raise awareness because, sometimes, not reporting those brutal, atrocious and unscrupulously crimes could eventually lead to the woman’s death. We wanted our message to be crystal clear for everybody. If you think you know a case of gender violence, you ought to act now.
